Refund Policy

Last updated: July 4, 2026. Applies to paid SkuSum licenses (Founding Pro and Bookkeeper Founding).

Simple version: if SkuSum doesn't work as described for you, tell us within 30 days of purchase and you get your money back.

1. 30-day refund window

You may request a full refund of any paid SkuSum license within 30 days of your original purchase date if the product does not function as described on our website.

2. How to request a refund

Email hello@skusum.com with your order confirmation (order number or the email receipt) and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days.

3. How refunds are processed

Payments are processed by Paddle.com acting as Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, according to Paddle's processing schedules.

4. EU/UK digital content note

By purchasing and gaining immediate access to digital content, EU and UK consumers acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital content lapses once access begins. Our 30-day refund window above still applies regardless.
