Terms of Use

Last updated: July 4, 2026. Applies to the SkuSum website (skusum.com), the hosted tool (skusum.com/app/) and the SkuSum browser extension.

1. Acceptance

By using the SkuSum website, hosted tool or browser extension (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What SkuSum is

SkuSum is a local, browser-based tool that joins Amazon seller reports you export yourself (Orders, Settlement, Advertising) with your own cost file, and produces profit-by-SKU summaries and accounting export files. It parses and processes your files entirely in browser memory and does not upload them to a server. SkuSum produces export files for your accounting software. It does not connect to, sync with, or modify Amazon accounts, QuickBooks, Xero or any other system.

3. Free use

The core tool is currently available free of charge during our validation period, with no account required. We may change what is included in free and paid tiers in the future; changes will be reflected on the Pricing | Chrome extension page.

4. Paid licenses

Licenses do not include the right to copy, modify, redistribute or offer SkuSum as your own product or service.

5. Payments

Orders are processed by Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable taxes and invoicing. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Your responsibilities

7. Trademarks and affiliation

Amazon, QuickBooks, Xero and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. SkuSum is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc., Intuit Inc. or Xero Limited.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its code, design and content, is owned by the operator of SkuSum and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Files you process and files the tool generates from your data are yours.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs are error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or decisions made in reliance on the tool's outputs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you reside.
