By using the SkuSum website, hosted tool or browser extension (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SkuSum is a local, browser-based tool that turns one Amazon Settlement report you export yourself into a balanced QuickBooks or Xero journal, and optionally joins your Orders, Advertising and cost files to produce profit-by-SKU summaries and accounting export files. It parses and processes your files entirely in browser memory and does not upload them to a server. SkuSum produces export files for your accounting software. It does not connect to, sync with, or modify Amazon accounts, QuickBooks, Xero or any other system.
The core tool is currently available free of charge during our validation period, with no account required. Free use covers your own books and the books of the business you work for. It does not cover paid client work: if you are a bookkeeper, accountant or agency using SkuSum or its output files for clients who pay you, that needs a Bookkeeper license.
For as long as the validation period lasts, we will give that license free of charge to any practitioner who agrees to tell us what the tool gets wrong on one real client settlement. Write to hello@skusum.com. At this stage we would rather have your notes than your money.
We may change what is included in free and paid tiers in the future; changes will be reflected on the Pricing page.
Licenses do not include the right to copy, modify, redistribute or offer SkuSum as your own product or service.
Orders are processed by Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable taxes and invoicing. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Amazon, QuickBooks, Xero and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. SkuSum is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc., Intuit Inc. or Xero Limited.
The Service, including its code, design and content, is owned by the operator of SkuSum and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Files you process and files the tool generates from your data are yours.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs are error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or decisions made in reliance on the tool's outputs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you reside.
